When God Created Mother

At that time, God had worked for six days, now it was his turn to create mother.

The Angel approached God and said softly, "God, how much time did God spend creating this mother?

God answered softly, "Don't you see the details that had to be done?"

This mother had to be waterproof/washable but not made of plastic.

She had to consist of 180 flexible, limp and wear-resistant parts.

She had to be able to live on a little strong tea and simple food to meet the needs of her children.

She had wide ears to accommodate her children's complaints.
She had a kiss that could heal and soothe her children's hearts.

She had a sweet tongue to mend broken hearts, and six pairs of hands!

The Angel shook his head, "six pairs of hands...?!

God answered,

"Of course! Not troublesome hands, but rather, hands that serve here and there and arrange everything to be better."

"This mother should have three pairs of eyes."

The Angel was even more amazed and said, "What is the model?!"

God nodded; and said,

"A pair of eyes that can penetrate a tightly closed door and ask, what are you doing in there, even though the pair of eyes already know the answer."

"A pair of eyes placed on the back of her head, so she can look back without turning her head, meaning, she can see what she really shouldn't see.

A third pair of eyes to gaze gently at a child who admits his mistake.

Those eyes must be able to speak!

Those eyes must say, 'I understand and I love you.' Even though not a word is said."

The angel said, "God, rest."

The Angel turned the mother model over slowly, and commented, "Too soft."

God said, "But strong. Can't you imagine how much she can bear, carry, and suffer?!"

The Angel asked, "Can she think?"

The Creator said, "Not only can he think, but he can also give ideas, thoughts and compromises."

Finally, the Angel touched something on the cheek of the created mother, and said, "Hey, there's a leak here!"

God said,
